DOMINICAN REPUBLIC/HAITI: Kidnapped diplomat freed

On 4 May the Dominican Republic’s foreign minister, Roberto Álvarez, tweeted that Carlos Guillén Tatis, a Dominican diplomat kidnapped in Haiti four days earlier, had been freed.
