NICARAGUA: Maduro seeks to dispel doubts

The Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional (FSLN) government of President Daniel Ortega this week hosted Venezuela’s new president, Nicolás Maduro, whose drop-in was designed to dispel doubts about the future of Venezuelan cooperation following the death of Ortega’s key benefactor, President Hugo Chávez (1999-2013).
