Panama-Colombia renew FTA talks amid tensions

Development: On 13 March Panama’s trade minister, Ricardo Quijano, said that the deputy minister of international trade negotiations, Diana Salázar, had been sent to Colombia to negotiate a dispute over new Colombian import tariffs.
