VENEZUELA: Rosales reveals Pdvsa video in bid to close gap
With less than one month to go until presidential elections the opposition is attempting to turn the tables on President Hugo Chávez by accusing him of contravening the electoral law by sending the energy minister, Rafael Ramírez, to the state-owned oil company Pdvsa to ensure that employees vote for Chávez on 3 December.
