ECUADOR: Palacio rules out joint task force with Colombia

Development: On 30 June President Alfredo Palacio ruled out setting up a joint military task force with Colombia in order to deal with the activities of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) on the border between the two countries.
