CHILE: Super-judge stays on both cases

Development: The supreme court ruled on 9 August that the so-called 'super-judge', Sergio Muñoz, can remain in charge of two of Chile's biggest legal cases: the investigation into the financial dealings of former dictator Augusto Pinochet, and the 'Caso Spiniak' - the country's largest-ever paedophilia case.
